Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a product and it's unopened, you can return it within 14 days for a refund. Just follow these steps:

- Send the product back to us within 14 days, providing post tracking information.
- Once we verify the product is unopened, we'll arrange a refund.
Please note that items must be in their original condition and packaging. We'll review each claim on a case-by-case basis.
Defective or Faulty Goods
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please follow these steps:
