You have arrived at our preferred method of water filtration – our gravity fed unit with re-mineralisation and optional energising. Sounds pretty complex right? Well we have done the hard yards for you at Alps, researched the best kind of ways to filter water, done the tests to ensure the best quality water and even sourced the most innovative approach to re-energising the water you drink.

Water holds memory, so a gentle approach to filtration and a choice to re-energise ensures you to receive the most pure hydration possible.

Alps is a natural gravity fed water filtration system that is designed to remove all types of contaminants in tap water via a ten stage filtration process.

The Alps water filter represents a natural, simple, easily maintained and cost effective unit, that will provide you with a consistent supply of clean and healthy drinking water, essential for general health, longevity and quality of life.

Assembly is simple along with a straight forward maintenance routine. All parts and components are inexpensive and readily available. Domes and cartridges are typically replaced every 6 – 9 months, depending on your tap water quality and quantity used. Mineral stones are generally replaced every 12 – 18 months.

For optional re-energising, we recommend adding Prill Beads in to your order. The 14L unit does best with 2-3 bags whereas 2 bags is suitable in the 12L unit.

Please note: The bottom tank holds 8L and the top tank holds 4L to create the combined of 12L. Please also keep in mind that this is not a sealed unit; water will likely flow over if the bottom tank is overfilled.

        If you change your mind about a product and it's unopened, you can return it within 14 days for a refund. Just follow these steps:

        3. Send the product back to us within 14 days, providing post tracking information.
        4. Once we verify the product is unopened, we'll arrange a refund.

          Please note that items must be in their original condition and packaging. We'll review each claim on a case-by-case basis.

          Defective or Faulty Goods

          If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please follow these steps:

          2. Describe the fault/defect and include photos.
          3. Our team will advise you on the next steps.
          4. We'll either replace the item or provide a full refund.

            Important Information

            • Returns must be received by Mega Health Warehouse within 14 days of the claim being made.
            • Replacement products will only be shipped after we receive the faulty item.
            • Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving the item at our warehouse.
            • The refund will be issued to the account used for the original payment.
